Rajgarh is a small hilly town falling under Sirmour district of Himachal Pradesh. It is surrounded by a picturesque mountain all around with a thick deodar and pine forest. The population of the town is approx. 10,000 and the main occupation of the people of this town and surrounding areas is Horticulture (Peach Orchards), Conventional Agriculture is also practiced. The town is well connected through road network and is about 45km from the nearest district Solan(H.P.)

Shiv Shakti College of Advanced Study in Education is situated on Kheri Road, Rajgarh, Distt. Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh. The premises of the college comprises of a big multistory building, playground, Assembly ground etc. The area of the buildings is more than 20,000 Sq. ft. Starting with a beautiful entrance, there is an excellent provision for classrooms, library, staffroom, principal office, various labs, multipurpose hall, common room, washroom etc. Whole campus is under e-surveillance, Campus is surrounded by green fields. Thus there is an absolute learning environment.
Goals & Objectives of the Institution :
- To inculcate intellectual, moral and spiritual values among teacher trainees for the advancement of the country.
- To appreciate and respect all faiths and foster religious harmony as well as national integrity.
- To train teachers, who will imbibe the cultural and spiritual treasures of the land.
- To provide adequate knowledge and skills of teaching and learning in the young trainees and develop a positive attitude towards teaching profession.
- To strive for and achieve high standards of education.
Conduct Rules:
- Student will be required to conform to the Rules and Regulations of the College which may be issued time to time. They are also expected to maintain discipline, a proper standard of personal conduct.
- Ragging is strictly prohibited.
- Student of the college is not allowed to appear in any other examination simultaneously prohibited under HPU Norms.
- If in service a student must produce a relieving certificate from his/her employers.
- Smoking, use of drugs or any kind of intoxicants is strictly prohibited.
- Continues absence from the college without permission for a period exceeding 10 days shall entail struck off the name from Roll.
- Rupees ten will be fined for absent per day.
- Dress Code in campus is compulsory. Any student without dress will be fined by Principal.
- Every transaction will be through draft only.
- There will be only two installments for total fees, If late 50/- will be charged per day as fine.
- First installment will be as per described by H.P. University.
- Principal has full power to impose fine for late arrivals in campus, to take disciplinary action against misbehave by any student.
- Students are bound to pay all the fine/dues and any other amount which will be applicable from time to time.
- Rupees five will be charged as fine for getting absent in one period.
- House examination is compulsory. Any student absent from House Examination will be detained from annual examination and fine of Rs. 100/- will be charged per paper.
- Minimum 25% of marks in each subject in house examination is compulsory to be eligible for annual examination.
- Students are not allowed in joining/indulging any political party in the premises of the College.
